Revolutionary Educational Plan Unveiled By Sochi 2014 Committee.

Sochi 2014 has revealed its plan to introduce a revolutionary education plan, which will be focussing on promoting long term benefits for the Russian society and the rest of the world. This education plan contains two education plans that include public and specialist education.

In a conference that was organized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the Korean Olympic Committee, the Government of Busan and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO); they exchanged views on the development of the world’s first Olympic University, that will be based within the premises of the Sochi 2014 Olympic Park and the Sochi 2014 public education program.

President Vladimir Putin, who leads the IOC said that Sochi 2014 is leading the world with its Olympic Education Plan, where students from any part of the world will be able to pursue a Masters or MBA course in International Sports. Outstanding students will also be awarded special grants delegated by the various National Olympic Committees. The Russian International Olympic University or RIOU is expected to be inaugurated in 2012.

In addition to this, the Sochi 2014 public education program was also discussed during the conference. This program is an attempt for Sochi 2014 to reach out to different communities within the Russian society and educate them on the necessity of maintaining equality amongst physically disabled individuals, intellectual property and environmental conservation.
